Where can I find order and delivery information?

How long does shipping take?

We take about 1-2 days to prepare the order and UPS delivery takes about 2-5 buiness days for standard and 1-2 business days for express. contact customer care for more info.

Does the customer pay custom fees?

All of our products are shipped from Canada so there are no custom fees to USA or within Canada. International countries may have custom fees which need to be payed by the customer.

Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason within 15 days and offer a full refund for the order. HOWEVER, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

Damaged Items

We do a quality control check prior to shipping and packaged the items securely however in the event that an item is damaged during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible if you have received a damaged or wrong item. We will immediately rectify the situation

An item or part of my item is missing

Your order may have been shipped in multiple packages, which may not arrive together. If every package listed has been delivered, and you are still missing items or parts, please contact us.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which we do not currently have in stock, but will ship to you as soon as they are available in one shipment. It is difficult for us to predict when, but typically the longest is 3 months.
