The manufacturing facilities combine skills with advanced technology and modern equipment. The result: a high-quality product. For over eighty-five years, the factories have been using these special and traditional methods to create its materials. They invest a lot of love in the shape, color and character of the materials created.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Raw materials

    The use of wood as our primary raw material allows us to reduce our environmental footprint. We try to influence our suppliers to buy FSC certified wood raw materials as much as possible, which promotes environmentally sound and economically robust forestry.

  • Production

    The factories we use have thoroughly considered its strategies for surface treatment, energy consumption and packaging options so that environmental impact is minimized and efficiency is maximized.

  • Byproducts & waste

    The factories we use try to use processes to ensure that the produced variety of by-products has a minimal impact on the environment.

  • Shipping & Transport

    We source materials from different companies. As the manufacturing facilities we use are located close to a large port, we create transportation advantages as well as ecological advantages

  • Ethical Certification

    We encourage our manufacturing companies to focus on safe work environments, ensuring that workers are treated fairly with respect and dignity and that factories operate ethically. Our plan is to open our own manufacturing facility one day so that we can 100% make sure to promote fair labor practices.

Certifcations

  • Safety and quality

    Our raw materials are tested according to safety and quality standards.

  • Lacquer and paint

    Our lacquer and paint is controlled immediately after it has been received. Every delivery is tested by a certified testing device.

  • Repeatable procedure

    The strict procedure the manufacturing facilities use during the design of each single product avoids us to overlook safety issues with regard to the product material, design, and technology needed. 

  • Physical safety test

    The factories perform a physical safety test for the first batch of each new product. If any material is improved they will re-certify that our products meet all safety and quality standards.

  • Our goal and drive is to find and develop kids toys and materials to not only help support thier delvelopment but also to bring joy to thier faces while the child is using our products.
