We ship Montessori materials to 85+ countries worldwide.

Countries We Serve: Europe (including UK, France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, and more), Asia (including Singapore, India, and others), Latin America (including Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, and more). If your country isn't listed, contact us to confirm availability.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Europe: 7-14 business days + 1 business day processing
• Asia: 7-21 business days + 1 business day processing
• Latin America: 10-21 business days + 1 business day processing

Shipping Carriers: All international orders are shipped via tracked courier services (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) so you can monitor your delivery.

Duties, Taxes & Customs:

• United States: We pay all customs duties and fees (25% tariff) on your behalf - no surprise charges for you
• Canada: No customs fees (we ship from Canada)
• All Other Countries: Duties and taxes may apply based on your country's import regulations. You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping rates.

Important Notes:

• All international shipments require a street address (no PO Boxes)
• You may need to provide identification or additional documentation to clear customs in your country
• Customs clearance times vary by country and are beyond our control

International Returns: For international returns, please contact us before shipping items back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

DELIVERY OF LARGE ITEMS

Because furniture and other large items are bulky, and heavy and may have limited availability, these items require special attention and delivery processing so please give it an extra day or two.
